LUKE

And the angel answered her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born[e] will be called holy—the Son of God. Luke 1:35

“The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest. Luke 10:2

For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. Luke 11:10

You also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.” Luke 12:40

And behold, some are last who will be first, and some are first who will be last.” Luke 13:30

For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.” Luke 14:11

Just so, I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance. Luke 15:7

But it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for one dot of the Law to become void. Luke 16:17

Whoever seeks to preserve his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life will keep it. Luke 17:33

But he said, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.” Luke 18:27

For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost. Luke 19:10

Now he is not God of the dead, but of the living, for all live to him.” Luke 20:38

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away. Luke 21:33

But from now on the Son of Man shall be seated at the right hand of the power of God. Luke 22:69

Then Jesus, calling out with a loud voice, said, “Father, into your hands, I commit my spirit!” And having said this he breathed his last. Luke 23:46
